Conformal Coatings

MG Chemicals Conformal Coatings are designed to protect assembled printed circuit board circuitry from harsh environmental conditions: moisture, chemicals and other environmental contaminants such as salt spray, debris and dust. Being electrically insulating, they also ensure extended surface insulation to preserve the long term operational integrity of components by preventing high voltage arcing, shorts and static discharge while permitting to put traces closer together for miniaturization. Our conformal coatings are available in acrylic, urethane, or modified silicone chemistries to meet the specific requirements of various applications.

419C - Acrylic Conformal Coating (Fast Dry)

An IPC 830 certified, fast drying, xylene and toluene free product that provides an excellent finish. This one part coating is easy to use and does not require special or costly equipment to apply.

4223F - Premium Polyurethane Conformal Coating

Our 4223F Polyurethane Conformal Coating is a heat curing, one part product that provides an excellent scratch, chemical resistant finish, meets UL 94-V0, and free of xylene and other hazardous air pollutants.

419D - Premium Acrylic Conformal Coating

Our 419D Premium Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94-V0 certified, fast drying, xylene and toluene free product that provides an excellent finish.

4225 - Epoxy Conformal Coating

4225 is a two-part epoxy conformal coating. It conforms to a durable, tough, semi-flexible coating with an excellent finish. It protects against harsh chemicals, humidity, corrosion, oil, dirt, thermal shock, and abrasion.

419E - Premium Acrylic Conformal Coating

419E is a one-part, UL 746E certified, acrylic conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework.

422B - Silicone Modified Conformal Coating

Flexible finish product that provides a protective coating for printed circuit boards against moisture, corrosion, and thermal shock.

4223 - Urethane Conformal Coating

A durable protective coating for printed circuit boards. Provides protection against fungus, moisture, corrosion, thermal shock, and chemical environments.

814 - Rectangular Foam Swab

ECC3011 - Solvent-Free Conformal Coating ECC3011 is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible elastomer protective coating. Great alternative to Dow Corning 1-2577 or Dow Corning 1-2620 Conformal Coating.

ECC3051S - Solvent Free Conformal Coating

ECC3051S is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible protective coating. Great alternative to Dow Corning 1-2577 or Dow Corning 1-2620 Conformal Coating.
